Altona, Worcester

At Altona Wellness Center, our mission is to deliver optimal wellness in a caring environment that prioritizes a joyful existence within a safe and welcoming community. Primarily geared towards assisted living, our center is designed for individuals aged 70 years and above who require personalized care. Additionally, we provide specialized support for frail residents and those in need of memory care.

To ensure the highest standard of support, our memory care services are housed in a separate wing staffed by dedicated professionals trained specifically in cognitive care. This wing features its own tranquil Memory Care Garden—a peaceful outdoor sanctuary designed to meet the unique needs of residents with memory challenges. Furthermore, the memory care wing has exclusive dining facilities to create a comfortable and familiar atmosphere.
