Bettys Bay, Western Cape

Not your typical vacant plot.

This residential-zoned 775 m² erf has an established water-filled pond covering part of the site, creating an unusual opportunity to design your future home around water, reeds, indigenous planting and the wildlife it attracts. Dragonflies, frogs and local wildlife already make use of the space.

The property also enjoys a northerly outlook towards the Kogelberg mountains, with the beach a short drive away.

The surrounding pocket is still developing, with a number of incomplete nearby properties, but the location offers good access to the main road and the wider Betty’s Bay coastline.

For someone looking for a conventional plot, this may not be it. For the buyer who sees potential in something a little different, the pond could become the feature that makes the property uniquely yours.
