Atlantic Sands Private Estate, Velddrif

You will find this this newly built home in Atlantic Sands South situated in Laaiplek on the West Coast of South Africa.
The house is ready to move in, which is a huge advantage, as you will save costs and do not first have to rent or find temporary accommodation.
Located in a secure estate, you will become part of a still new community.

The focal point of the house is the kitchen, which will set it apart from just another ‘spec house’. Care was taken with the layout, choice of tiles, the cupboards, countertops and bathrooms.
The open plan living area is linked with 2 glass doors to the braai room. This will keep the smoke out of the house, keep the room warm yet you can keep the doors open if you want more space.
The property features three spacious bedrooms with built-in cupboards and two bathrooms, the main bedroom with en-suite.

The backyard is closed off with small gates on each side of the house. There is walls on both sides at the front and a paved double driveway.
The house is neat and inviting and worth a viewing.

Interesting fact: The streets in Atlantic Sands South are all named after birds. This street was named after a "Troupant" ( European Roller. photo by Bernard Dupont )
