A Family home with space inside and outside.

This house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a huge open plan living area and a Lapa with braai and swimming pool outside. Your family will think you are Father Christmas.
For the man of the house there is a double garage plus double carport, and you can drive along the house to the back yard, where you will find another double carport and even more space for parking.
As an added bonus there is also the extra facility (previously used as a salon), if you want to work from home, need a dedicated hobby room or just let your imagination go for this extra space.

A borehole supplies the swimming pool and lawn with water, the property is fully fenced with small gates between the backyard, swimming pool and the front yard.
There is an inside braai and outside, an air conditioner in the Main bedroom and two ensuite bathrooms.
The house is so central, you can walk to most businesses including the Drift Mall, yet it is not in the main traffic.
It is an older house, partly renovated and not perfect. But perfect for the right person who are willing to add a new coat of paint and see the potential to change this house into your next forever home.
