Van Ryneveld, Strand

Are you interested in making a huge profit on your investment? Build parking spaces in the basement, storage units on the first floor and holiday apartments with sea views on the top floor.
It is a formula for success - making money while you watch the magnificent sunrise over the Hottentots Holland mountains, and beautiful sunsets along the Strand Beachfront. With a little imagination you can create three income streams from this 712 sq/meter property: renting out storages units and apartments, and selling sea-view apartments by way of Sectional Title. You don't even need a car to get to Checkers, the Strand coffee culture hang-outs, the Strand Swimming pool and restaurants overlooking False Bay - just walk along the beach.
It's possible!
The erf, which is walled on two sides, has a rising cadence which supports an elevated sea-view. The access gate is located in Haylett Street, providing safe and secure entry and exit for residents on their way to the nearby Cape Town Airport, Vergelegen Hospital, Somerset Mall and the majestic Cape Winelands. You don't even need a car to get to Strand's coffee shops, Checkers, the Swimming Pool or seafront restaurants - just walk along the beach.
