Whale Rock, Plettenberg Bay

SOLE MANDATE

This superbly finished house is located a quarter of the way up Whale Rock Hill, almost at the end of an extremely private and weather-sheltered cul-de-sac. It offers fabulous views of the bay, the iconic Robberg Point Nature Reserve, and the Tsitsikama mountain range across the bay.

The spacious entrance hallway flows into the beautifully finished gourmet kitchen, sea-facing dining room, and adjoining sea-facing lounge. This in turn leads out onto an equally spacious wrap-round balcony providing panoramic views of the Whale Rock Valley, Robberg Point Nature Reserve as well as fabulous sea and mountain views across the bay.

This immaculately finished house offers four bedrooms, and three en suite bathrooms, complimented by the second mid-level lounge leading out onto a large, private entertainment and swimming pool terrace.

Parking requirements are catered for with a large double garage with automated access complemented with ample additional paved parking for four more vehicles. This primary residence house is perfectly suited to those special home entertainment occasions for family and friends.

This house offers so many extras and is truly one of those rare gems.
