Schoongezicht Estate, Plettenberg Bay

A Blank Canvas with Sea Views in Schoongezicht

Some properties are about the house. This one is about the opportunity to create it.

Set on a generous 1,618m² stand, this gently sloping piece of land in the sought-after Schoongezicht Country Estate offers the perfect blank canvas for a home designed around your lifestyle, with lovely sea and Robberg views as part of the outlook.

Schoongezicht is wonderfully different. Peaceful and understated, the estate combines secure country living with an abundance of nature. Large forested areas, five dams, exceptional birdlife and walking trails create a sense of space and tranquillity, while the old indigenous forest—with its magnificent century-old milkwood trees—adds to the estate's unique character.

And yet, you are never far from everything Plettenberg Bay has to offer. Situated on the Piesang Valley side, adjacent to the Plett Country Club, the estate provides easy access to the N2, Greenwood Bay College, local amenities and some of the Garden Route's beautiful beaches.

Whether you envision a permanent family home, a peaceful holiday retreat or a long-term investment, this is an opportunity to secure a substantial stand in an established and highly desirable estate.
