Ground-Level Living & Entertaining
A soaring double-volume foyer creates an immediate sense of arrival, flooded with natural light from a large overhead skylight. The lower level features a spacious en-suite bedroom alongside a versatile entertainment room, both opening onto an outdoor patio with a built-in braai.
A neat, low-maintenance garden grounds the exterior, accompanied by a separate staff bedroom and bathroom that can effortlessly be upgraded into a private garden cottage. Practical features include a large double garage with direct foyer access and extra storage space, as well as a built-in safe tucked into the stairwell.

Upper-Level Sanctuary
Upstairs, pitched chapel-style ceilings amplify the home’s sense of space and light. The kitchen and dining area lead out to a north-facing sunroom, framing mountain views. Designed for effortless entertaining, the dining area flows directly into a main lounge complete with its own built-in braai. Large aluminium glass folding doors pull back completely to extend the living space onto the balcony. Two large bedrooms with built-in cupboards and two additional bathrooms complete this level.
