Onrus, Hermanus

JOINT MANDATE: There is a certain kind of home that brings people together — a place where meals stretch long into the afternoon, where children run between sunny courtyards, and where family life unfolds effortlessly. This is that home. Tucked away in a private panhandle just off the sought-after Onrus Peninsula, this six-bedroom, five-bathroom residence captures the warmth and ease of Mediterranean living. The moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by an open-plan flow where the kitchen, dining and lounge areas connect everyone in one bright, sociable space. Large sliding doors open onto two beautiful courtyards, giving you the freedom to choose where the next gathering will happen — breakfast in the sun, long lazy lunches, or dinners outside as the day settles into evening.

The beautiful, modern kitchen was planned and designed to embrace indoor-outdoor entertaining. For families who love to host, there’s space for everyone. Four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with three suites opening directly onto the courtyards — perfect for guests who feel more like family. The main bedroom is a peaceful retreat upstairs, complete with two private balconies with mesmerizing sea and mountain views. Every part of this home is designed for relaxed coastal living: generous light, calming interiors, and the constant presence of fresh ocean air. A double garage, extra under-roof parking, complete the picture. And when you want to wander out, you’re only a relaxed stroll from Onrus Beach, the lagoon – where you can picnic, coffee spots and local restaurants. This is a lifestyle of sunshine, family, and unforgettable moments shared around the table. Your Mallorca-inspired haven in Onrus is waiting.
