A bountiful and scenic 192-hectare farm situated on the border of the Garden Route and Hessequa local municipalities, with part of the land bordering the Gourits River and another part consisting of a wetland with a great diversity of bird and wildlife. The remainder of the land consists of well-maintained grazing pasturage.

The region is partly called the Klein Karoo by the Sea and is situated a mere 10 km and 18 km from the coastal towns of Vleesbaai and Gouritsmond, respectively ”perfectly located for avid fishermen and those who enjoy walks on the beach.

Add to the equation the great biodiversity and expansive array of fauna and flora, and this property is a dream come true for prospective farmers, semi-grants wanting to escape city life, and off-the-grid enthusiasts.

From an agricultural point of view, the farm has the potential to be highly profitable for livestock and/or crop production, considering the geographical location, topography, carrying capacity, favourable climate, and soil quality.

The region receives approximately 500 mm of rain throughout the year, as well as plentiful sunshine. There is also ample water for irrigation, with six boreholes on the farm.
