A love story that started with 4 walls

Hello, it’s me.

My family is leaving with one foot on a plane, and I am staying behind, waiting for you.

When they found me, I was dark, closed off, and tired. They didn’t just fix me — they completely transformed me. They gave me a second life.

They knocked down my walls and opened me up, so the sun now filters through me all day. I am light, I am bright, I am breathing.

And they touched everything — truly, nothing was left untouched.

My driveway has been paved — a proper welcome.
My roof has been redone — I am strong and safe for many years to come.
I have been repainted inside and outside — I stand so proud now.
All my floors have been redone.
My patio has been enclosed, so indoor and outdoor became one.
My decking around the pool has been completely redone — it looks sooo good now.
My kitchen has been redone — bright, cheerful, full of love.
All my bathrooms have been modernised.
My old timber banisters were replaced with sleek modern aluminium — I feel so elegant now.

And then there is my favourite place…

My entertainment area with the built-in braai. This is where the magic happened. My large windows allow the mountain and sea views to marry seamlessly with the inside, so you never feel separate from those spectacular sunsets. And in winter, ohhh — when that fireplace is on, I become the cosiest, warmest hug. That is where all the memories were made — laughter around the braai, winter stories by the fire, friends who became family.

I am a 540m² split-level home on 745m² of loved land.

I am ideal for a multi-generational family, a family just starting out who wants room to grow, or a clever family who wants to run an Airbnb for extra income — I can give you all of that.
