Noordhaven, Noordhoek

*PRICE NEGOTIABLE

This newly renovated family home boasts panoramic views of Noordhoek beach and mountainside from its elevated position on the mountain in Noordhaven. Newly-renovated to an upmarket modern style, the home features a total of five bedrooms. Four in the main house, and one separate cottage loft which is currently underway with renovations due to be wrapped up in the next few months (*at this stage one can choose to change the spec of the cottage design before it is completed if you were to purchase the property).

Two bedrooms in the main house have access onto the glass-enclosed patio which faces the ocean and has been transformed into an entertaining space for guests and family. The windows on the patio all slide open but can be closed to provide protection from the south-easter in the summer months. They also feature electric blinds across the whole patio for the sun in the evening. Other amenities on the property include: a swimming pool, storage space underneath the home, garage, extra carports, water tanks, two fireplace for the winter months, and high-end appliances throughout.
