Villiersdorp, Western Cape

It is certainly a privilege to present a house of this quality and location to the public. The house has recently been completely redone and ingeniously finished and renovated with the latest craftsmanship and modern finishes. This 3 bedroom house is located in a quiet part of town and certainly boasts one of the most beautiful views over the well-known mountain ranges of Villiersdorp. As you enter the house, steps lead down to the left to a comfortable separate living area. Adjacent small room currently set up as a hair salon. Floor Level: Open plan kitchen-living room area. Separate dining area. Hallway leads down to separate bedroom area. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Outside door leads to small patio area in front of bedroom overlooking the well maintained garden. The wooden deck with outdoor barbecue area leading from the dining room is certainly amazingly practical and ingeniously laid out and planned and on summer days definitely the heart of the house. Second outdoor braai area leads from the kitchen area and can be used alternately depending on how the wind blows. Villiersdorp is located in the heart of the Overberg and is centrally located near towns such as Worcester Hermanus and Somerset West.
