Upper Robberg, Plettenberg Bay

SOLE MANDATE

New on the market this light and bright home is set in a lovely private north facing garden with the added bonus of sea and Robberg views.
The extra length garaging is on street level and there is a small flatlet to the side of the house currently used as an office with its own entrance.
Access to the main house is through the garden into the entrance hall and spacious open plan living and dining areas.
The owners enclosed the patio to be incorporated into the home to create a sunny living space with fabulous ocean views. All on one level there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(MES) with a study/sewing room adjacent to the main bedroom.
The bedrooms all open out to the garden area through sliding doors and enjoy the warmth of the north light. The garden is well established with an added veggie patch, 2 water tanks and a wendy house for storage.
With lots of opportunities this home is waiting for a new owner to collect the keys
