Named after the magnificent Fish Eagles that can be heard and seen in the area, Fish Eagle Lodge is one of Knysna’s oldest running Lodges, established in 1993.
The property underwent extensive renovations in 2017 and has been kept in immaculate condition ever since.
Located a few minutes’ drive from Knysna s CBD the property is perched atop a hill overlooking the Knysna lagoon.
The lodge can house 22 Guests that are accommodated over 3 separate structures, the last of which is a self-contained wooden home nestled in a forest setting and overlooking the lagoon from up high.
The Guest dining area, reception, kitchen and owners accommodation in the form of a two bedroom self-contained apartment is the 4 th structure and the 5th and last structure is a 4 car garage and workshop.
There is ample parking for guests.
The lodge has its own water supply via a borehole and state of the art filtration system.
There is a small dam, and a swimming pool that has one of the best views in Knysna.
The grounds are nothing more than a work of art that has been lovingly cared for, and the birdlife is something special to see and hear.
The property is owned in a CC and the sale includes taking over of the CC and all operational assets.
As a business and lifestyle, one would have to search long and hard to get better in the Garden
