Erinvale Golf Estate, Somerset West

Very high up in the top section of Erinvale Golf Estate!

The minute you arrive at this home through the imposing double entrance door into the expansive hallway, you know you have arrived somewhere special.

The home flows seamlessly, providing four lounges downstairs, each providing an excellent opportunity for special family time and entertainment at a grand scale.

The beautiful kitchen flows into the dining area, into the TV lounge with combustion fireplace "braai room" and downstairs snug. All the lounges open onto the garden terraces through stack and sliding doors, giving the impression that the garden becomes part of the inside vice versa. Large windows from the kitchen and "braai room" invite the garden in, which gives the feeling you are in an oasis.

The garden setting is spectacular seemingly under the watch of the Hottentots Holland mountains. A large salted swimming pool lends itself for wonderful Summer days in absolute privacy and tranquility. There are several outside terraces, a fire pit and a portable pizza oven to cater for every need. Indeed an entertainer's paradise.

Almost secretly tucked away downstairs, is the wine large cellar and cinema room- perfect for cosy movie nights in, or watching sport.

The sizeable staircase meanders upstairs to four generously sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite is magnificent with a dressing room, and large terrace overlooking the garden and mountains. Very private, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is also a gas fireplace in the master suite.

Similarly bedroom two benefits from an en suite bathroom and large terrace. Bedrooms three and four and serviced by bathroom three. A very useful walk in linen cupboard and potential pyjama lounge completes the accommodation upstairs.

Furthermore the home offers optic fiber, fast Wifi speeds, an alarm system, sprinkler system, outside WC, storage for the gas bottles, pool equipment and plenty of cupboard space in the triple garage. There is also an electric charging station for your car in the garage.

This home is not to be missed, a true gem in every sense of the word. Please watch the video at the end of the listing.
