Onrus, Hermanus

Joint Mandate. Some homes offer a place to live. This home offers a way of life. Perfectly positioned on the coveted Onrus Peninsula, just a leisurely stroll from the Blue Flag beach, tranquil lagoon, tidal pools and the iconic cliff path, this brand-new residence captures everything that makes coastal living so extraordinary.

Picture children walking barefoot to the beach, long summer lunches with family, evenings around the fire after a sunset stroll, and weekends filled with laughter, ocean air and unforgettable moments. This is the lifestyle so many dream of, yet so few ever own.

Bathed in natural light, the spectacular open-plan living space is crowned by soaring double-volume ceilings that create an immediate sense of space and sophistication. Expansive sliding doors invite the outdoors in, opening onto a sun-drenched north-facing patio where magnificent mountain views provide an ever-changing backdrop to everyday life. The indoor braai, which also serves as a welcoming fireplace, ensures effortless entertaining throughout the seasons.

The beautifully appointed kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring a generous island where family and friends naturally gather, a gas stove for the passionate cook, and a separate scullery and laundry that keep everyday living beautifully uncluttered.

Every finish has been carefully selected to reflect timeless contemporary elegance. Four spacious bedrooms, including two luxurious en-suite suites, generous cupboard space and a stylish family bathroom provide exceptional comfort for family and guests alike.

The tiled garage, complete with sliding doors to the garden, offers exciting flexibility as an additional entertainment area, home studio or games room. A fully enclosed garden, alarm system and ample off-street parking complete this outstanding offering.
