Baviaanskloof Estate, Hout Bay

Perfectly positioned on the upper slopes of Baviaanskloof, this exceptional vacant stand captures uninterrupted views across Hout Bay’s shimmering coastline and the dramatic mountain amphitheatre that frames it. One of the last remaining plots in this highly sought-after enclave, Hugo Avenue offers a rare opportunity to design and build your dream home in a setting defined by natural beauty, tranquillity, and exclusivity.

The orientation ensures full sun, protection from prevailing winds, and panoramic outlooks from every potential level — making it an ideal site for a contemporary coastal residence that fully embraces its surroundings.
