Knysna Heights, Knysna

The project you have been waiting for. The house will consist of five bedrooms with three bathrooms and guest toilet. The layout are spaciously designed. The property is sold as it is standing there. You will need to submit plans again, but that also means you could make small changes to your preference before doing that. Excluding the house there is also a studio flat in the front. This will be ideal for someone working from home or to AirBnB the unit.

Its a project, but its a exiting new start with your own ideas and finishes. The plot next door is also for sale, please note this is two separate title deed properties. The location is in a cul de sac and easy access to schools and town. Peaceful and quiet area of Knysna.
