Steenbergs Cove, St Helena Bay

Positioned within the fast-growing Steenbergs Cove, centrally located on the foreground ridge directly above and tightly connected to the surrounding coastal landscape, this newly developed home is a standout example of thoughtful architectural design combined with modern coastal living. The elevated position ensures sweeping ocean views while placing the property within one of the most desirable and established pockets of St Helena Bay. Every element of the home has been carefully considered to maximise space, light, and views, creating a refined yet welcoming environment within a secure, access-controlled estate.
The home immediately impresses with its clean contemporary lines, stone-clad accents, and quality finishes that reflect attention to detail throughout. Inside, the double-volume living area forms the heart of the home, where exposed timber trusses, high ceilings, and expansive windows enhance the sense of scale while drawing in natural light and uninterrupted ocean vistas. The seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces is ideal for both everyday living and effortless entertaining.
A key architectural highlight is the loft-style upper level, designed as a tranquil retreat with a strong connection to the surrounding scenery. This elevated space enjoys breathtaking views across the bay, framed by large sliding doors that open onto a private balcony. The exposed roof structure and open-plan layout give the loft a distinctive character, making it equally suited as a main bedroom, executive suite, or luxurious work-from-home space.
The kitchen is both stylish and practical, featuring quality cabinetry, a full gas Smeg cooker, and an easy connection to the living areas, while sustainable features such as a solar grid-tied system, gas geyser, and water tank enhance long-term efficiency. Built-in cupboards in the bedrooms and kitchen complete the home’s clean, functional aesthetic.
Set within a newly developed security complex overlooking Steenbergs Cove, this property offers peace of mind, modern infrastructure, and strong investment appeal, complemented by exceptional ocean views and a layout that elevates coastal living. A refined, future-focused home in one of the West Coast’s most strategically positioned coastal developments.
