Napier, Western Cape

A restoration project not intended for the faint-hearted. This derelict old structure has been neglected for many years and yearns for a buyer with passion and vision to restore it to its former glory. Set back on the erf and slightly elevated it affords charming views of the vineyards nearby, as well as the mountains & surrounding countryside in the distance. The old structure itself comprises 5 separate spaces + a bathroom area. One of these would originally have been the kitchen, with a room leading off to either a bedroom or dining room. Then in the centre of the house is what was presumably the lounge, leading out to a front stoep. On the right of this area is a bedroom, with bathroom in between leading to a second bedroom towards the back. Stretching out the front is a substantial stretch of ground, ready to be transformed to its former glory. Subject to the finalisation of sub-division.
