Crofters Valley, Noordhoek

Exclusive Mandate

Springvale is a truly special property; three acres of extraordinary natural beauty with sweeping views across the ocean, Chapman’s Peak and the Noordhoek amphitheatre.

The land cascades gently down the slope, creating a world of its own full of abundant birdlife. Two dams at the bottom of the property add to its unique character and play an important ecological role within the valley.

An existing two-bedroom cottage sits alongside the upper dam, while the rest of the property provides a blank canvas, providing a rare opportunity to create something special, such as a retreat space or one-of-a-kind homestead.

It is difficult to overstate the beauty and potential of a property like this. The combination of scale, views, water, natural surroundings and location makes Springvale quite unlike anything ever available in Noordhoek.
