Scarborough, Western Cape

This modern beachfront home already comes standard with every feature one could possibly want for a coastal property in Scarborough, featuring: a sauna, jacuzzi, separate flatlet functioning as an Airbnb, swimming pool, ocean views, mountain views, and all situated just 100m from the beach. With beachfront properties being the most sought-after in Scarborough, opportunities to purchase a property of this standard that require no renovating or modernising are few and far between.

Apart from all the above-mentioned amenities, the home itself is comprised of four bedrooms (three in the main house and one independent flatlet), two lounges on the second and third floors respectively, and a fully-equipped kitchen and scullery. It includes: four and a half bathrooms (two of which are en-suite), a fireplace for the winter months, solar power, and is designed in a way that allows the maximum amount of light in through the upstairs panel windows down through to the second and third floors. Another aspect of this property that may not be apparent from the photographs is the huge amount of balcony space across its three floors. Even with the jacuzzi and braai area taking up some of that space there is still ample room for entertaining guests or relaxing outside on a summer's day.
