Schoongezicht Estate, Plettenberg Bay

PREMIUM LOCATION – SCHOONGEZICHT COUNTRY ESTATE

This extremely large stand is located almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, nestled into the Southwestern corner of the sought-after Schoongezicht Country Estate. The Schoongezicht Country Estate is conveniently located up the road from the ever-popular and always enjoyed Country Club in Plettenberg Bay.

This is essentially a stand-alone stand and boasts Eastern, Northern, as well as Northwestern elevations, providing for the much sought-after and appreciated, sun-filled Winter days.

The elevations of this stand provide for extremely special and very much desired sea views to the East and Northeast of the estate.

To the East and as well as below are the equally scenic views of the beautiful, green Schoongezicht forest, complemented by the almost surreal beauty on the Northern elevation of this stand.

Truly one of the very few remaining gems at this price!
