Fernwood, Somerset West

Exclusively mandated - Invest in a unique lifestyle surrounded by nature and exquisite views of the Lagoon, Knysna and the Outeniqua Mountains, on the crest of the Eastern Heads. State of the art security gives you peace of mind and virtually every stand offers its own vantage point, with some even enjoying sea views in the distance. The architectural guidelines allow construction to take in the full spectrum of views from your custom-designed home. The Estate is adjacent to the Pezula Golf Course and a 10 minute drive takes you into Knysna with all its attractions, schools, medical and other facilities. Build a home to enjoy and entertain, capturing the views over the mountains and sweeping all around to the ocean.
