Kommetjie, Western Cape

Welcome to your just-unwrapped slice of Kommetjie paradise in Riverside Village — where modern style meets effortless coastal living. This brand-new beauty is serving up laid-back luxury with all the right vibes and zero compromises.

Step through the front door and into the light — literally. Your entrance hall opens up into a sun-soaked, open-plan stunner featuring sleek BauBuche finishes and a closed wood-burning fireplace (cue the cozy winter nights). The chic kitchen and hidden-away scullery/laundry are as practical as they are pretty, while the lounge and dining areas are made for everything from Sunday roasts to spontaneous dance parties.

Slide open those glass doors and say hello to your undercover hardwood deck and lush, level garden — perfect for barefoot braais, garden games, or lazy morning coffees in the sun. Need a space to binge-watch, work from home, or let the kids run wild? There’s a versatile extra room downstairs ready to become your pajama lounge, 4th bedroom, office, or secret Netflix cave. You do you.
And because comfort should come with brains, this home has a dedicated control room for smart systems and storage, plus no more load shedding woes- thanks to the solar backup system with an inverter and battery.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms are bright, spacious, and all about that mountain-view magic. Soft carpets underfoot, built-in cupboards, and sunlight pouring in. The main suite? It’s got an en suite bathroom so stylish, you’ll want to Instagram it.

This is more than a house — it’s a fresh start, a bold upgrade, and your ticket to the good life in Kommetjie. All that’s missing? You. Riverside Village is calling. Are you ready to answer?
