Mcgregor, Western Cape

This very special property offers so many options. Currently run as a guest house, there is ample space to live as three generations or a group of friends who want an alternative to a retirement scenario or live on the property and realize a handsome income or run it as a retreat centre.

On over half an acre the space provides a sojourn from the crowds and bustle of the city.

The main house consists of a sunny living room with Godin fireplace for winters and doors to the pool and patio as well as stacking doors to the side patio, making it ideal for entertaining. The reception area opens to a farmhouse kitchen and dining room with study and scullery.

The master suite leads off the front patio and has a well appointed bathroom and dressing room. There is a family room en suite as well as a guest toilet.

Upstairs is a large suite with separate bedroom en suite as well as a generous living area which can be used as a family bedroom or pajama lounge.

A separate cottage has a self contained flatlet below as well as a loft suite with kitchenette up outside stairs.

At the bottom of the garden is another self contained cottage.

A small pool completes the picture as well as a laundry and loads of off street parking.

Close to the Krans it is a hop and a skip and ideal for walking dogs.
