Mossel Bay Rural, Mossel Bay

535 ha Exclusive Game Farm – Luxury Investment Opportunity

SOLE MANDATE

This exceptional 535-hectare game farm presents a rare opportunity to acquire a premium wildlife property in one of the region’s most sought-after locations. Defined by sweeping valleys and elevated open plains, the farm offers dramatic scenery, privacy, and a true sense of untamed Africa.

The property supports a variety of game, including eland, kudu, and giraffe, enhancing its appeal as both a private retreat and a high-end eco-tourism investment.
The farm is fully game-fenced , with the exception of a 66-hectare section, allowing for future expansion or tailored development. It has a 2 km border on the Gourits River with 5 HA water rights .

There are 2 very old house structures on the farm as well as a caravan currently used as a camping spot for visitors. Water is pumped via a sun /solar pump to a cement dam on the plato for the animals.

Ideally positioned, the farm borders the well-known Bon Game Reserve and is located just minutes from the prestigious Indalu Game Reserve—placing it firmly within an exclusive wildlife corridor.
Only 36 km from Mosselbay and 71 km from George Airport.

Properties of this calibre, size, and location are becoming increasingly scarce. This is a standout investment offering long-term value, lifestyle appeal, and significant potential for luxury development or boutique lodge conversion.

Please note that the game quantities will be negotiated with a buyer.
