Misty Cliffs, Scarborough

High on the mountainside in the sought-after coastal enclave of Misty Cliffs, this exceptional 888m² vacant stand offers a rare opportunity to build your dream home in one of the Cape Peninsula’s most scenic settings. Larger than the average plot in the area and positioned near the top of the mountain, the property enjoys an elevated outlook and a sense of privacy that is increasingly hard to find.

Misty Cliffs is a small, tightly held seaside village known for its dramatic Atlantic Ocean views, unspoiled natural surroundings, and peaceful atmosphere. Bordering the pristine landscapes of the Table Mountain National Park, residents enjoy immediate access to hiking trails, rugged coastline, and some of the Cape’s most breathtaking sunsets.

Despite its tranquil setting, Misty Cliffs is just a short drive from the charming communities of Scarborough and Noordhoek, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, farm stalls, and beautiful beaches.

A rare chance to secure a generous stand in an extraordinary coastal location — where nature, privacy, and spectacular scenery come together.
