UNDER CONSTRUCTION - Interior images are an Artist impression (CGI) This wonderful centre takes pride of place on the hill overlooking the entire bay and Hartenbos River Mouth. This one bedroom apartment is just one of the options available. The centre has one bedroom and two bedroom units, some with beautiful sea views, others enjoying Garden access. Wake up to the serenity of coastal living, and enjoy a cup of coffee from the Restaurant while your apartment is freshened. Enjoy laundry done for you, 15 meals a month and access to excellent medical facilities and in home care right where you are. Created to give you peace of mind, and with assisted living at the forefront, these apartments are ideal for single persons or a couple enjoying their golden years together. A restaurant to enjoy visitors and special dining experiences with loved ones and friends, a salon to make sure you are always looking your best with minimum effort and a stretching area to keep fit and healthy without all the hum drum of a gym. A communal living area offers the opportunity to catch up with your friends or spend some time catching up on your reading or enjoy the Bokke on the rampage. Occupation of these apartments is planned for Feb/Mar 2027.
