Whale Rock, Plettenberg Bay

This extremely well-designed, sleek, and modern brand-new home boasts four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, offering outstanding sea views. Magnificent vistas of Robberg and Formosa Bay can be enjoyed from all four bedrooms and the living area.

Upon entering the house, paved steps guide you to the entrance hall, seamlessly leading into the kitchen and the spacious open-plan living area. The kitchen's centerpiece is an island with ample cupboard space and a prep bowl. The open-plan living area, featuring elevated beamed ceilings, is bathed in natural light and extends through glass sliding doors onto a wooden balcony with spectacular sea views overlooking Robberg. Adjacent glass stacking doors open to a spacious enclosed courtyard with a quaint north-facing plunge pool and a built-in braai.

On the same level is the master suite, complete with a full bathroom, double vanity, and a separate private toilet. The bedroom features sliding glass doors, an adjoining study, and a French balcony with expansive views of Robberg Peninsula and the ocean.

Downstairs, three ensuite bedrooms offer bay views and garden access. The spacious double garage provides direct access to the scullery/laundry area, located in an alcove behind the kitchen. The garage also opens into a courtyard, which includes a storeroom (or domestic accommodation) and an outside loo and basin.
