Schoongezicht Estate, Plettenberg Bay

DUAL MANDATE

This magnificent, newly completed, dream home is perched almost at the top of the sought-after Schoongezicht Country Estate.

The house with the top finishes and particular architectural attention paid to the overall flow of the house, exudes that touch of elegance and exclusivity throughout.

An entertainer's dream come true, with a stunning open-plan kitchen flowing over directly into the sea-facing dining room area, adjacent to a spacious lounge area with sea-facing vista as well, and the requisite glassed-in wood burner.

The house boasts four bedrooms, four ensuite bathrooms, a separate guest bathroom, and an additional sixth bathroom just off the large laundry cum scullery on the way through to the four equally spacious garages. These are complemented by a partially walled-in and paved parking area for an additional six vehicles.

The entertainer-driven and designed, stack glass door enclosed braai cum guest area flows out from the formal lounge area and leads directly out onto the fabulous, sea-facing swimming pool and further good time areas. This very rare gem offers so much more and then some to the true connoisseur wishing for that something really special.
