Fisherhaven, Hermanus

BLANK CANVAS is awaiting a new owner. A sole mandate for this perfect starter. The plot is completely enclosed and includes a wendy house that could be your temporary storage while you build. Water connections are already in place -all you need to do is to start planning your new home.

10 minutes from Hermanus and less than an hour to Cape Town airport? With the shortage of reasonably priced homes in the Hermanus area, Fisherhaven has become a highly sought-after area to invest in. This eco-sensitive country village is situated in a UNESCO-declared World Heritage Biosphere, this is Cape Nature at its best. It is surrounded by magnificent mountains and is located on the banks of the Bot River Lagoon; opposite Arabella 5-Star Golf Course Estate; adjacent to Benguela Wine Estate; next to a Nature Reserve; within walking distance of the Lagoon Estuary; with miles of pristine beaches it does not get better than this!
