VINEYARDS: The estate boasts 36 hectares of meticulously chosen vineyards, tailored to the terroir for optimal wine quality, with cultivar such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot.
WATER RESOURCES: The Estate is water self-sufficient with irrigation dams supplying water for irrigation. There are 2 x dams on the farm at different altitude and have a capacity of 20 and 40 million liters respectively. Irrigation methods are driplines & overhead, whilst borehole water is stored for domestic use.
INFRASTRUCTURE: The main homestead is occupied by the Owner with also secondary residence and laborer cottages. Further with outbuildings consisting of a wine tasting room, a farm shop and several storage rooms. Diversity in cultivation of vineyards and additional farming activities creates great potential for agri-tourism.
