* In the event of a power outage, the lodge has its very own generator and a silent one at that.

The price has been adjusted and excludes all furniture, beds, headboards, televisions, washing machines, steel cupboards in the kitchen, cutlery, crockery, linen and garden equipment. These items can be negotiated separately for sale.

The lodge is superbly located within walking distance from the towns main beach, lagoon and most of the required retail and medical facilities. One of the popular restaurants, overlooking the beach and lagoon, is to be found at the beach.
